1. Services

CEO Details provides mobile auto detailing services in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. Services include but are not limited to interior detailing, exterior detailing, clay bar treatment, paint sealant, and ceramic coating.

2. Bookings & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by CEO Details. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of any changes.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and card. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested.

4. Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Liability

CEO Details takes great care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn paint, or issues resulting from deferred maintenance. By booking a service, you confirm your vehicle is in a condition appropriate for detailing.

6. Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to make it right.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
